Morare lives in Johannesburg, South Africa, received his bachelor’s and advanced degrees in business through the Paris Chamber of Commerce. His passion for local sports and culture saw him involved in the development of the first South African Football Supporters Association after South Africa’s re-admittance to FIFA in 1992. He is an avid mountain climber, and sits on the Board of the South African Foundation For Ethical Leadership.

Joel Yanowitz is a Senior Consultant in Innovation Leadership who is a trusted advisor and executive coach known for his ability to help leaders accelerate progress on critical business challenges through engaging the human side of enterprise. Over the past 30 years, he has helped countless business leaders of Fortune 500 firms drive growth, improve innovation, and build cultures capable of extraordinary performance. Joel has hands-on experience launching and running companies. A graduate of Columbia University’s Advanced Program in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management, he lives outside of San Francisco, CA where he enjoys tennis, mountain biking and holds a second-degree black belt in Aikido.

Paul Zeven is a Senior Consultant in Leadership Development as well as an Executive Coach. For more than 40 years, Paul has the CEO of Philips Taiwan, CEO of Philips Consumer Electronics Latin
America, CEO of Philips North America, and CEO of the Consumer Lifestyle division for North America.
As a business leader, he led cross-business revenue projects, reorganizations, mergers and downsizing, outsourcing product lines strengthening customer strategy and brand recognition, and building a highly motivated workforce. He was Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan, and served as a Board Director for the Netherlands-America Foundation.

In 2008, Paul Zeven started his executive coaching practice where he has coached over 100 clients, ranging from CEOs to managers who are aspiring to be executives. As an accredited executive coach, Paul focuses on assessing leadership style, strengths and areas for improvement, enhancing people management and conflict resolution skills, and helping executives develop their personal brand. He is also the coach for members of the World Economic Forum’s Global Leadership Fellows Program.

Paul lives in France, graduated from Nyenrode School of Business in The Netherlands.
